Give yourself some slack

Have you figured out everything you've been through, non of it is real, but It's the character you played.

It's not you! You don't need to be stronger or harder or whatever you think you need to be. 

You just got to be you! And what is you? You are pure love inside of a human body, so the only thing you have to do is give yourself some slack! Don't be so hard on yourself.

You are pure love, so love the character you played in this life, because he or she whas perfecty the way it played life.

Now take of that mask and be you. Do not pretend anymore something that you aren't and just be you. You don't need to be fixed, Your soul is complete and well and your character was just playing life. Do not make it harder on yourself by being in your head. 

Change the perspective you have about youself, because it's not you, it's just the role you played. You don't need to do anything, you don't need to play that part or role.

Just be the autenthic you that you are and the autenthic you would love the character you played and she don't want you to be so hard on yourself. She is telling you to give yourself some slack.
